We do not offer refunds on custom-made products. We will work with you to address any concerns you may have about your purchase. While we fully acknowledge that unexpected circumstances can ruin your plans, it is essential to highlight that missed appointments unfortunately do not qualify for refunds. We deeply appreciate the time and resources invested in preparing for your scheduled appointment and are committed to upholding fairness and efficiency in our scheduling practices. To assist us in managing our schedule effectively, we have instituted a nominal $25 rescheduling fee for appointments rescheduled within a 48-hour window. It's important to note that this fee is not deducted from the cost of your suit.

Furthermore, should you find yourself arriving more than 15 minutes late for your virtual appointment, we must regretfully inform you that it will be subject to cancellation. In such a scenario, you will be kindly asked to reschedule the appointment. Your understanding and cooperation in these matters are greatly appreciated.
